4 business managers wanted (1 forthe Northeast China; 1 forthe East China; 1 forthe North China and 1 forthe South China) and 1 technical engineer.
2. Main job responsibilities
2.1 Business Manager Job Responsibilities
1) Responsible for product market development and sales of products,completing the regional sales targets set by the company
2) Manage the receivables and ensure that the purchase price is recovered according to the contract.
3) Grasp market dynamics, collect market information, feedback customer opinions, and provide reference for the company to develop marketing strategies, product pricing, market services, etc.
4) Actively cooperate with the company's marketing strategy and expand the market share of the area under its responsibility on the premise of completing the sales target.
5) Cooperate with the internal staff to do the work of the client's own contract, monthly settlement, customer files, etc.
6) Follow the company management and complete other related tasks assigned by the superior supervisor
2.2 Technical Engineer Job Responsibilities
1) Capture customer needs, grasp market dynamics, and provide information for product development direction
2) Participate in product development, track product market trials and provide on-site guidance
3) Provide technical services and support for sales
4) Advising on product and technology improvements to assist in product and technology improvements
5) Preparation of product technical documents
6) Completing other related tasks assigned by the superior
3. Job requirements
3.1 Business Manager:
25-40 years old, gender is not limited;
Bachelor degree or above, food or bio-chemical related major;
Honest, practical, hard-working;
Keen insight and adaptability;
Good team spirit and professionalism .
Capable of analyzing and solving problems independently;
have strong learning ability;
Communication skills and persuasive ability;
Good attitude and can withstand greater work pressure.
Having relevant sales experience or customer resources may be appropriate to relax on age and educational background
3.2 Technical Engineer
25-45 years old, male;
Bachelor degree or above, food or biochemistry and other related majors;
Relevant work experience for more than 3 years;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Efficient computer operation.
If you have experience in the preparation of enzyme preparations, starch sugar, alcohol, etc., and have been engaged in technical work for more than 5 years, other conditions may be appropriately relaxed.
